Meet Erin Stark. In this episode, she shares with us her story of self-discovery. You see, today, her reality is quite good, but it wasn’t always this way. When I met her, she was in quite a different and darker place.
But, she began to learn about mental health including ADHD, trauma, and attachment disorders.
Little by little, she eventually learned about what makes her tick. She read a lot. And now, she has a lot of information she’d love to share with you.
Feel free to reach out to her on Twitter or Instagram.
Erin’s Awesome Quote:
For Erin, her journey of self-discovery began online. She reached out to the world to find others like her.
She wanted community support. And within minutes, I read her post and invited her to join my closed Facebook Group, See in ADHD. You, too, are invited to join. It’s a closed group in order to maintain privacy.
An avid reader, Erin has educated herself on psychology and neuroscience. (She and I both love Carl Jung.) Listen, as she describes her “quantum leaps.
And, she’s happy to try and help anyone who reaches out with a question. She is so resourceful, I’m certain if she doesn’t know the answer she will know how to find it out!
