Last we had Sherri Dolheimer on the show, we talked about coaching and how it’s beneficial for folks who need to move forward in some way. After all, coaches help you get “unstuck”. She was excited to be attending the ACO Conference with other professional coaches and now she’s back to give us the insider scoop on ADHD Coaching.
Sherri grew up legally blind, which had its own challenges but her humor and warmth have helped create a coach who sees the potential in others when they sometimes cannot see it in themselves. I encourage you to reach out and have a conversation with her to see if there’s chemistry between you two. It’s in this chemistry where the magic of coaching can be its most powerful.
Sherri’s Awesome Quote:
Insider Scoop on ADHD Coaching
Imagine how excited Sherri was to attend an industry conference with all of the thought leaders and successful rock stars that make up the insiders of this very small world, the world of ADHD Coaches. (Personally, I think Sherri is one of them, she might not know it yet.)
Isn’t that how it always is? We see in others how we’d like to be.
In my book, she’s well on her way to being the next coach that someone who is training right now, will freak out when they meet her next conference.
Listen in as she carefully details the qualities of a good coach and what you can do to find one. Of course, let me suggest to start with her and me before you go looking through directories. 🙂
She and I would love your thoughts on the show, below.
